SMT54 provides the services of polishing both mirror and hairline polish together with preparing surface before coating.
Hairline Polish
The hairline finish is a design finish in which the surface of the material has a straight line like the straight hair of a woman. It is a general-purpose design finish that has been used for a long time.
Mirror Polish
The mirror finish is a design polishing finish that gives a mirror-like reflection to the surface of material. This polish make your product shine up and attractive.
Deburring of stamping work
After stamping process of every workpiece, there is sharpness around the product. Deburring also important process to reduce the sharpness before sale or continue next process.
Surface preparing
Before coating or painting any material, it will pass the process of preparing surface in order to get more beauty surface of product after coating.
